March 2017 East Central Oklahoma Real Estate Market Report Indicates Start of Peak Season

Recently released statistics shows an improving monthly inventory and new listings on the eve of the Spring and Summer 2017 Peak season in the four-county region of East Central Oklahoma, including Pontotoc, Murray, Garvin and Coal Counties, according to Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Services:

• March 2017 New Listings of 115 Up 3,733.3% Over March 2016 – Well Above The 5-Year Average of 32:

• March 2017 Pending Listings In The East Central Region Was Well Above 5-Year Average:

• March 2017 Average Days On The Market Was 56 Days – A 46% Decline From 103 Days In March 2016

• March 2017 Closed Listings of 35 For Region Was Way Above The 5-Year Average of 12 For March:

• March 2017 Average Listing Price Was $151,383, Compared To $153,802 March 2016 (-2% Decline)
