Burt Dailey is Bilingual and has over a DECADE of experience as a real estate agent and has been conducting many types of auctions since he graduated from the world wide college of Auctioneering in 2001. is the farm and ranch expert on the Home Place Real Estate Team, although he puts his people skills to good use in residential real estate sales as well. Burt, who grew up around farm and ranch operations and rides and ropes today, says the common denominator in his sales experience is people. “I love people,” Dailey said. “ Real estate and auctioneering has allowed me to develop countless friends through this business, as we’ve sold houses, farms, ranches and auctioned everything from classic cars, RVs, fine art, jewelry, to farm equipment, livestock, office furnishings and restaurant supplies.” Burt strives for a balance in work, family and community service. He is the song leader at Ada Baptist Temple, where he was named “Soul Winner of The Year" In 2014, and he is is multi-year recipient of the Ada People’s Choice as “Best Auctioneer,” largely due to his active role in donating his talents to numerous charitable auctions in the Ada area. “There are few things more important and enjoyable than helping others through community outreach by raising money for worthy causes,” Burt says. “And I have a great partner in these efforts with my wife of 25 YEARS, Kimberly.” Dailey graduated from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering in 2001 and the Charles Barnes School of Real Estate & Appraisals in 2004 prior to becoming a licensed real estate associate in Oklahoma in 2005. The East Central Board of Realtors presented him with the “President’s Appreciation Award For Unselfish and Outstanding Leadership” in 2016.
